I’m so happy you’re here. It’s about time you got to know me and why I do what I do so you can feel out if you’re in the right place. AND Hopefully if you’re here you’ve been called the black sheep, radically alive, loud, too much, ultra sensitive, different, or you haven’t ever found yourself quite fitting in, because if so, this is exactly where you belong and I love that alignment for us! I work best with the ones who were sent here to break patterns, rewrite their lineage, stand out, lead and who are the outliers carrying a new blueprint for the collective. ☻

I believe in synchronicity and that everything happens for a reason. I figure that if you’re here, you’re probably a pretty conscious woman who’s been yearning to claim more of her divine feminine fullness, fire and power and to tune back into her body and innate gifts. It’s the main trait I seek in my clients as a coach… your openness to receive more of yourself and to listen to your intuition and the subtle voice that always guides you even when it doesn’t make sense to the world around you! ☻

Why I do What I do

Playing a part in helping women feel safe to be who they truly are just feels like something I really *gotta* spend most of my life dedicated to. It’s my purpose to help foster inner freedom and to clear away any protection or interference that was programmed into you that disallows your fullest expression. Nothing lights me up more than safety and sharing that with others to help them access and step even more into their own power.

I’m a Little different cos

I bridge a bunch of dimensions of who you are all at once and get to the core root of why your energy is manifesting in your body, mind, emotions, experience, relationships, etc. as it it. I see all of your parts and aspects from the spiritual to the most grounded, and where you’re nervous system in residing at to help cater met needs and safety specifically to you. As much as I love all things energetic + woo-woo, I also really give a sh*t about the science behind what I do, too.

I Really, Really believe that

the Nervous System is the GPS system that is guiding every part of you to function as it is and safety is the root of your power. That without understanding your individual programs and how they got started and what they need to resolve themself, it will feel really hard for life to move in your favor or to see the gifts in all parts of yourself and your experience. Safety is the bridge to your wholeness and most authentic self feeling welcome in the world.

Learning? Can’t get enough of it. If it interests you, here’s my passions + what I hold space for in our time together.

  • The more work I did on myself and on others the more I realized every single thing comes down to the nervous system. It quite literally is running every part of your entire being and so if we want to make change on any level we don’t go to the branches, we go to the roots and that’s what the Nervous system is, your programming. I have this special gift where I can get down in there very easily and see where all of your patterns stem from and also how to uniquely support them based on when the self-protection/pattern started, the environment at the time the pattern was created, who passed the pattern down, how this part of your is showing up to specifically self-protect, your current internal and external environment, etc. etc. Nothing makes me more excited than this part of our being!

  • After a car accident 16 years ago I was gifted the ability to see into energy. Most people just see what’s physically in front of them, but I can see what’s happening energetically in many different realms and it allows me to offer unique support in ways many others might not be able to. I also think my Aquarius nature had a little something to do with this gift being the ether realm ;)

  • I geek out on emotions and where they live and manifest in our body. It’s easy for me to again to get to the root of any pattern through the emotions and what you’re experiencing and then helping share how to support this said emotion through the body and soul. I also learned very early on in my own “healing” journey that emotions are truly the most insane divine intelligence we were ever given and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS WELCOME. In our time together you will never ever hear me trying to change an emotion, only to better learn how to understand and accept them and they’re brilliance.

Well let's see, how did i get here YOU'RE WONDERING... it wasn't sunshine and rainbows, I'll tell you that. more so I became everything I ever needed in a world where no one else seemed to be able to offer me the safety, support or wisdom I needed so IN A LARGE PART it was all DUE to many blessings in complete and utter disguise... A VERY COMPLEX LINEAGE AND A LIFETIME OF HYPERSENSITIVITY, CHRONIC ILLNESSES, TRAUMA AND EXTREME ANXIETY + DEPRESSION. I wouldn't change my story for the world and truly believe those of us who come here to truly embody certain things have to walk through the fire first and come out carry buckets of water to help everyone else.

I think the main thing that got me here besides my trauma and hypersensitivities was absolutely my outcast and black sheep nature. Whether it’s being as Aquarius as they come, or just being born to carry a very unique blueprint I was always the outcast. I never fit in. Raised in a small town, while yearning for life that was out of this world.
