MEDITATION: My definition of Meditation is one of awareness and mindfulness which when done with a focused intention, an open heart and open mind can reconnect one back in with their highest Divine essence and restore many different manifestations of this inherent love, peace, joy, and abundance you truly are. Meditation though isn't just about the highest place within us even though that is our most desired state, but is simply just about being with the self. Allowing all of creation to be present, without judgement. Honoring the vastness of life that lives and breathes in every cell of your being. This is to be in our higher self. The higher self is one with all of creation. That is where true peace envelops us. When we are in harmony with all that is. Not labeling any thought or emotion as good or bad, but just as being.

The Meditations that I create and offer here may be different than others you've experienced and possibly a bit more intense because I work on a cellular level to use Meditation as a way to consciously invoke certain energies like purity, resurrection, and forgiveness to rapidly clear what's not of service within your energetic field or what's holding you back from seeing your self from the eyes of love. I work on multidimensional levels to clear out the obsolete patterns and programming not of service to your optimal potential...
