SESSIONS + MENTORSHIPS
BEING ON TIME
Please show up on time, if nothing else for your own self as this is the time you have chosen, purchased and set aside to connect deeper with your Self. If you do happen to show up late for a session, please note that that time will be deducted from your session and we will begin from that point with the remainder of the time left. I have set aside this time as well as you have and have taken it away from other work and other clients so please show up on time to get the most out of your energy exchange.
I also ask that you please be respectful of the time allotted for you and that the session will end promptly when time is up. If you'd like to purchase and add more additional time on to your session we can absolutely do that, please just ask me.
I also ask that you please respect my energy and refrain from messaging me on my personal number outside of sessions. My inbox is always open, but my personal phone is my space for my Self. Thank you for honoring my energy and my being in this way.
CANCELLATIONS FOR A SESSION
Outside of immediate emergencies, I need to be notified 48 hours in advance if you are unable to make our scheduled 1 off session time. If you are a no show for an individual session or for an ongoing Mentorship that you've committed to and made payments for, 100% of the total payment already made will be kept by me as reserving this spot for you takes away from other sessions, work, and my financial income especially when it's been something that we've already agreed upon.
Once a session is completed, this sale is final and there will be no refunds offered.
Also, please refer to the Disclaimer below as that applies to all sessions.
Refunds will only be offered if there is an emergency and the client or myself needs to cancel a session or we both agree upon ending a Mentorship because it serves both of our highest.
Please honor my time and your own and show up to your session and/or fulfill the rest of your Mentorship. I understand emergencies happen and I honor that, but I just ask for respect that this is time I have set aside for you and worked my other sessions, clients, work and life around for, is used for the purpose it was intended to so that you also can receive what your soul was desiring too. Thank you so much.
However, if a client doesn't respond to me within a half hour of me initially reaching out at the time of their scheduled session, I own the right to cancel the session and not reschedule it along with keeping the client's full payment as I was present for our time together.
If a client disappears during a session and I've waited throughout the entire session for them with consistent check-ins which include multiple attempts of getting a hold of the client during the period of time that they booked to work with me, I own the right to keep the full payment as I was present for this time together which I could have given to someone else.
If a client disappears for the remainder of a Mentorship and fails to continue communicating with me, following through with scheduling their remaining sessions paid or unpaid for, or showing up to the rest of their sessions, this is an action made out of their own personal choice and it will be received as a no show and handled as such.

Please choose which shipping you’d like at checkout as there are different options available to suit your individual needs.
All orders normally ship out with in 2-3 weeks of them being ordered due to the current global times. Depending on the season/time of the year it may take longer and I so deeply appreciate your patience if it does take longer.
If you live within the US it normally takes up to 3-5 days for your package to arrive once it has shipped although shipping times have now been massively altered due to Covid.
For international orders, please be patient as to their arrival. Sometimes it can take up to 5 weeks, even though that isn’t normal, for your package to arrive depending on the location and individual countries custom law. It normally takes up to 2 weeks for international orders to arrive at their destination. With COVID now though it can take months so please look this up before purchasing.
Also, please make note that I cannot be held personally responsible for lost orders, orders held up in customs, import fees, tariffs, stolen items, undelivered items, customs, VAT or duty fees, or taxes in regards to your shipment. etc. It is my job to get the package to the post office and from there it is in their hands, not mine. If an order has yet to arrive, but tracking shows that it has been sent or that it has in fact been delivered, I ask that you please contact your local post office first with the details sent to you in regards to your order as they might know more information in regards to your package. Please check the rules and regulations in regards to your country before ordering.
Prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser and shipping will not be refunded.
- Please be aware that most UK orders and orders to Canada do have custom fees attached.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
In the small chance that the wrong item(s) are sent, I truly do apologize. If that item is still in stock, the original item(s) ordered will be re-sent free of charge. If the original items are not still in stock then a full refund will be issued, shipping charges included.
You can also file an insurance claim with your local post if an item becomes lost or damaged during transit.
REFUNDS + RETURNS + EXCHANGES + CANCELLATIONS:
If you change your mind about a purchase and need to cancel an order, please notify me within 24 hours of your purchase, as some items do get shipped out immediately. If it is outside of that 24 hour time period then I will not be able to offer you a refund. Thank you so much for your understanding.
I also ask that you please shop with confidence. Every listing has exact dimensions and pictures of what the item looks like along with the materials included.
Returns are not being offered at this time.
Refunds will only be issued to those customers who have a problem with their order and make me aware within a week of receiving that order. Although I try and make sure all items are packaged with maximum love and that they are safe and secure as possible, if any damage has occurred during the shipping process or any part of the item breaks within the first week it has been received, I will be more then happy to get a new one sent to you. A picture may be needed to show proof.
Please allow up to 2 weeks since your order was placed for any and all refunds to be processed. Your refund will only be made to the account that you placed the order with.
I currently am not offering exchanges for any items.
I own the right to refuse a session, offering, or service to anyone. I also own the right to refund or cancel a service if the client or offering no longer resonates with my highest and greatest good or if I feel that my services are not what the client is seeking.
